Arguing with Staff

Please do not publicly argue with LOP Staff about the rules. If you have questions about the rules please use the lop feedback thread.

Please do not publicly argue with staff about bans and or warnings. (If you feel that you or someone you e-know has been banned and or warned unfairly then request a staff member to discuss it in the staff forum.



Registration

No registering more then one account
No registering an obscene/Vulgar user name
No registering with an advertisement user name
No registering with a spoof or concealed IP


Posting

Search before you post a thread topic. If the topic that you want to discuss has been started then reply to that topic.

Please clearly title thread topics.

Do not plagiarize (LOP work or not)

Do not post spoilers in threads and or start spoilers threads. (There will be designated spoiler threads for several forums)

Do not ask or request Pay-per-View streams.

Do not start a thread announcing your arrival. Please post in the new members thread in feedback.

Do not flame, flame-bait and or reciprocate a flame (Includes private messages & Visitor messages)

Do not post bigoted / Ignorant comments / images about religion, gender, race, and or sexual preference (This includes links to such)

Do not harass/Annoy other members. This means following members from thread to thread just to annoy. Sending private messages to user just to harass/annoy. Sending visitor messages to harass/annoy.

Do not Reveal private/ personal information about other member(s) without their permission (real name, Address, Phone Number, LOP members image, Web chats, links to personal web pages ie. twitter, facebook and or myspace. This also includes private message content


Tags/Tagging
Tags and or tagging is a useful tool for LOP members to locate threads vis keyword links. It's not to be abused at all. Anyone caught abusing tags will be dealt with.







Do not Spam (This includes)
  • Advertising a site or product
  • Double, triple posting (use the edit option)
  • Taking threads and topics off topic on purpose
Do not refer to other news/rumour pro wrestling sites by link, name or URL. (credit reporter not site unless LOP)

Do not refer to other Pro wrestling forums by link, name or URL



Picture /VIDEO RULES (include sigs and avatars as well as links)




Pictures/Videos that contain Suggestive images/ Videos
  • NO Nudity/ See through to exposed parts
  • N0 completely uncovered breasts (female)
  • NO uncovered genitalia
  • NO pubic hair
  • NO Pornographic material
Pictures/Videos that contain Gory/Gruesome
  • NO Dead animals
  • NO dead bodies
  • NO excessive blood
  • NO mutilation
  • and or any other disgusting images/videos
Signatures
  • NO using Signatures to flame, flame bait, promote hatred and or slander LOP
  • Members have 240,000 pixels to work with in a sig. With the 240,000 pixels it can NEITHER exceed 800 pixels in width NOR exceed 300 pixels in height.
Other things


The FFA (Free For All) is the only forum on LOP that allows flaming, flame-baiting and reciprocating of flames. It is also the only forum that allows ignorant remarks on LOP.


Spoilers are documented results to an event or happening before it's been released to the general public. Rumours are stories or statement in general circulation without confirmation or certainty. *credit: Dictionary.com for part of the wording*


Do not post slanderous comments about LOP (includes sigs)
There's a difference between constructive and destructive criticism

Do not type into your user title the word "Banned"

Members are not allowed to request changing their username more then once per year. So, make sure that you really like your new username before requesting the change. (requsts can be done via private message to a staff member)


HTML is allowed in the following public forums

Sports (both main and fight club)
TV.Movies, Music
Any abuse of this will result in appropriate actions. (ie Ban etc)
